How to Cook

Dry Chaap

1. Wash and dry the chaap along with the sticks. Soak in water for 5 mins.

2. Marinate with yogurt, lemon juice, spices, salt, and oil. Keep for 1–2 hours.

3. Grill, pan-fry, or air-fry until golden brown.

4. Serve hot with mint chutney & onions.

Gravy Chaap

1. Wash & dry chaap, gently remove from sticks, and cut into pieces.

2. Sauté chaap until golden brown.

3. Add onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic, spices & cook until soft.

4. Add chaap back, pour water, cover, and cook 10–15 mins.

5. Garnish with coriander & enjoy hot.
