Directions for Use

To replace one whole egg, combine 1 tablespoon of Egg Replacer with 2 tablespoons of water. Mix thoroughly and allow to sit for 1 minute until thickened.

To replace one egg white, combine 1½ teaspoons Egg Replacer with 2 tablespoons water.

To replace one egg yolk, combine 1½ teaspoons Egg Replacer with 1 tablespoon water.
